For the sake of the environment, Living Kitzbühel strives to avoid returns and keep them as low as possible. We are, of course, aware that this isn't always possible.
We try to describe our products, our materials, and our features as accurately as possible - with pictures, product information, and size charts to avoid any unwanted surprises.
We're here for you and happy to advise you, wherever you are. If you have a question or are unsure about anything, please just contact us.
We calculate our product prices without shipping. This means that you cover the shipping costs (AT and DE) for purchases up to €120.00. Once the goods leave our warehouse, your package will reach you within 5-7 business days. While that's not the "best time," a fully loaded truck simply leaves a smaller carbon footprint.
